Welcome to the Living with Power blog. I’m so glad that you are here. You are needed, you are valued and you are so very important to this mission.

This blog was created to empower girls to become women who lift up and empower one another. As a middle aged teacher-mom, I’ve encountered my fair share of unkindness in the world. Now, raising a daughter myself, it’s time to get active.

I’m a firm believer that women need one another in life. We need to uplift, celebrate and help each other. In the midst of too many cups of coffee, a loud house full of kids and too much cat hair on the floor, the idea of Living with Power was born.
